The Place offers financial assistance for rent, utilities, and prescription costs. If The Place is able to provide financial assistance, it is typically offered as a partial payment toward the expense.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

• Photo ID

• Current, signed lease

• Utility bills (electric, water, gas)

• Proof of income

• Current 30 days of financial transactions or bank statement

All requests take a minimum of three to five business days. Please note The Place does not offer on-going financial assistance. For additional resources or if the primary residence is not within Forsyth or Dawson County, please call the United Way at 211 (toll free) for an agency that serves your area.
